the New Kit hotel is located in the Kolenkitbuurt in Amsterdam West.

The neighborhood is named after the Opstandingskerk, better known as the Kolenkit. The New Kit was built in 2012 and we moved in in 2018. With staff from the neighborhood, we will do our utmost to make you feel at home with our personalized services.

Our rooms



The New Kit hotel has characteristic rooms with private facilities and an authentic interior. The hotel rooms are located on the first and second floors of the building, with rooms on the outside with a spacious view of the neighborhood. We also offer slightly smaller rooms without a view.

Places of interest



The New Kit hotel is located just outside the city center. In the neighborhood itself are the Bos&Lommer market open during the week and on Plein 40/45 2 busy markets. With a tram stop and a metro stop in front of the door you are in the center of Amsterdam within fifteen minutes.

Pets are not allowed in the hotel. We have a lift to go to the right floor. In case of an early arrival or a late flight, we always offer our luggage storage for free. We have our own parkinggargage, place depending on availability for €20,00 a day.
